Margaret was the previous owner of a beautiful coffeeshop in Califonia.
Margaret's passion for helping others comes from her own triumph over poverty, illness, personal loss, and her compassion to assist others in achieving personal excellent and growth in their life to obtain their business goals and dreams.

Margaret Watts has over 18 years of experience working in the Field of Human Services as a public administrator, criminal justice, training, and vocational rehabilitatiol She is passionate about assisting individulals in developing their career and business goals. With over ten years in senior and executive level management, and supervision for the State of California she currently, coaches managers and supervisors for various state departments.
Currently, employed as The ADA/Title VII Compliance Officer, investigating discrimination and advocating for persons with disabilities as a ADA subject matter expert for employees needing a reasonable accommodation in the workplace.
As your coach I will help you consider things you may not have thought about, offer advice, help clarify and remove barriers, and celebrate your success. Be assured that all coaching sessions are held highly confidential.
