I have over 200 hours of training and over 10 years of experience working with at risk populations, youth, single parents, teen parents, and more find the skills and abilities they need to go out into the workforce and find meaningful employment. I assist by tending to each individuals specific needs, interests, barriers, experience, and education. I can create honest and professional resumes for any job and can assist in filling out applications with tricky questions and those with personal questions including the main question that causes so many to stress: "Do you have a criminal background" or "Have you ever been arrested". I have specifically received over 100 hours of hands on training and have years of experience helping iindividuals with this type of problem. I have also helped many teens and young adults with little to no experience find the experience within and help them find the resources they need to gain that experience for their dream job. I have assisted many with interview skills, and have many answers to the do's and don'ts in the interview set

4 years working with Youth in Employment Programs, and Juvenile Justice.
3 years of experience working with Special needs Foster Children and their families, as well as mentally and behaviorally disabled youth and assisting with finding appropriate employment opportunities.
5 Years experience working with Adult Offender Populations and their transitioning into the community via employment and education.
9 years of this experience involved soley or as a team developing and implementing measures to reach personal and/or family goals of education and employment through resource building and sharing, team building, communications, and coordinating events, functions,and job fairs.
throughout I have received numerous hours of training in resume writing, job application instruction, job interview skills, administering career interest assessments and developing interest profiles for individuals seeking meaningful work.
