Rob Taub, after receiving his Bachelors Degree in Education from Wheelock College in Boston, launched his career as an instructor and program coordinator with the Academy of Physical & Social Development in Newton, Massachusetts. After several years he went on to hold various teaching positions in Massachusetts private and public schools. In his last position before making a pivotal career move from academe to business Rob Taub Headed the Educational Component of Milford Massachusetts' Alternative High School program.
Rob transitioned from the academic to the corporate world accepting a position in a pilot program with a multibillion-dollar electronics company, training personnel and spearheading an effort to develop a presence in New England for unveiling their new state-of-the-art product line. Within 12 months, he developed several independent profit centers and was promoted to general manager of this Fortune 500 Company's flagship microcomputer sales, service and training center adjacent to Boston University.
Five years later, Rob took his experience and knowledge in and of business management, sales, training, personnel development and customer relations and made another pivotal career move and entered the career consulting and outplacement industry, co-founding a niche business just one year later. In less than two years, he and his partner grew the young enterprise to a leading East Coast company. It was during this time he launched RT RésuméPro as a volunteer effort and community outreach to provide guidance to job searchers. Also during this time, he earned his MBA at Suffolk University.
Today Rob Taub runs RésuméPro Plus for many years also headed the Executive Service Group for the eastern U.S. with R.L. Stevens & Associates. He has been an active member of the Career Directors International (CDI), formerly Professional Resume Writer's and Research Association, and the Career Management Alliance (CMM), formerly the Career Masters' Institute, and has earned their prestigious certification, the Credentialed Career Master (CCM), a designation that is earned through proof of expertise in all Careers fields.
