My Expert Service
My goal is to offer an informal and interactive approach to assist job seekers during the job hunt or hiring process with basic, yet very important information that will improve your chances on getting an offer letter instead of a rejection letter. There are many other websites and books that will teach you how to write the perfect resume and offer good career advice. But how often can you actually chat with an experienced recruiter and get an honest opinion, instead of ambiguous answers that leave you confused and not understanding what really happened? Just think how much better you will do with some practice and more confidence! The more prepared you are, the less nervous you will be for the "real interview". Those first few minutes of an interview whether on the phone or in person will set the tone for the entire interview and trust me, first impressions are everything! You must start out strong!
I can also offer guidance on what you should and more importantly should not do, starting from submitting your resume, the application process, following up, the interview, background checks/references, job offers, and handling rejection. I look forward to assisting you and hopefully improving your chances of getting hired.

Experience & Qualifications
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and over 12 years experience recruiting for various types of positions from entry level to management. I have worked for large corporations in the Human Resources department and most recently as an independent Recruitment Consultant. I have screened thousands of resumes and applicants. Through the years, I have noticed applicants make the same mistakes over and over. Besides being a Recruiter, I of course, have also been an applicant. With my background in recruitment and hiring as well as being a successful applicant, I have a lot of useful information that will help you during your job search. This is pretty basic information but during the hiring process – you really should “sweat the small stuff!”
