As a busy executive it was imperative that I select those applicants that could provide value to my company. Most resumes are simply biographies that do not address the value a prospective employee can bring to an organization. I can help you prepare your cover letter or resume. I can also discuss over 50 of the typical questions that are asked during an interview. I can coach you as to why they are asked and what types of responses that hiring managers are looking for. In addition, I can prepare you for the dreaded "behaviorial" interview. It's really not so bad if you are prepared and recognize the questions.
