I earned an M.S. in the field of applied behavioral science from American University in partnership with the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. I also hold an M.A. in Applied Healing Arts with a concentration in Spiritual Care from the Tai Sophia Institute. I have completed additional graduate study in counseling at Loyola University Maryland.

I employ a whole-person approach to coaching that helps my clients achieve balance and harmony in relationships, work, and the spiritual aspect of being human. I am experienced in working with clients on life purpose, calling, and career; relationship and marriage; addiction and recovery (including sex, love, spending, internet, food, and substance dependency); death and bereavement; and spiritual growth and crisis.

Experience & Qualifications
|
|
I am a CCUI-certified coach and coach trainer, a trained Imago Relationship Educator/Coach, and have additional training in Motivational Interviewing, Voice Dialogue, and loss and bereavement counseling. I am a member of the Mid-Atlantic Association for Imago Relationship Therapists, the National Career Development Association, and the International Center for Spirit at Work.
I directed career development and training for three large public organizations, including the U.S. Employment & Training Administration. I have trained thousands and and coached hundreds of clients face-to-face.
