I will facilitate this process by asking provocative questions, offering honest feedback and inspiring you with new ideas, concepts, strategies and frameworks that help reorient you around success, as you define it. Throughout the process, I will offer a supportive environment by championing you when things are moving forward and respecting you when progress gets stalled. I will even be there to give you that extra push forward that you might need.

I have been coaching/cousneling since the 1980's, and received my certification as a Professional Life Coach in October, 2006. I can assist you through career transition; help you decide on a career that will offer you the success you are looking for – in whatever way you view your personal success. I can also help you improve your self esteem and body image, assist you with your parenting, marriage, and crisis issues, as well as health related issues - including life-long illness. As a person with a life-long illness, I understand the changes that you are going through, and can assist you in living a life of value. I respect each person’s uniqueness. I can also do EFT, NLP and Reiki as necessary.
