I take pride in helping others with their personal development and growth and giving something back to the community and have gained 2 years of voluntary Coaching and Mentoring experience with Young Offenders helping them with their personal development to prepare them for their difficult return back into society. I had also been encouraging and acting as coach for a life time to friends and family through personal difficulties and low self esteem issues without realising it, but the person who was the most difficult to help was myself, I have coached myself to be more confident, independant, organised and fearless during and after the most difficult times in my life and am very proud of my own personal development and growth.
