Years of working with dissertations students to move them from ABD (all but dissertation) to Dr. has helped me understand the hesitation many feel in moving towards their goals. I also have a private coaching practice. I have a doctorate in education that focuses on change. This provides a foundation for my work in helping both organizations and individuals move toward their goals. I am a member of the International Coach Federation.
