Experience & Qualifications

I began coaching in 1995 as a career coach for people with neurological disorders; specifically, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, and high functioning autism. In 2007 I began life and career coaching college students, both with and without disabilities. I also served six months as a volunteer answering a crisis line. Areas covered include marriage and family, career choice, work-life coaching, college-life coaching, and wellness coaching.
I am a member of the International Federation of Coaches and adhere to their teachings, philosophies, and ethical standards.
I am also a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and have been practicing hypnosis for about a year now. I have assisted with memory retention & recall, anxiety, self esteem, & reaching goals. YES, YOU CAN BE HYPNOTIZED OVER THE PHONE.
