I am a mother of two ADHD kids, wife of an ADHD husband, an ADHD adult myself, and finally an ADHD Coach. I spent 15 years as an executive in a worldwide corporation. I coach adults with ADHD, parents of children with ADHD, and love every minute of it.

I have had ADD all my life. My two children 11 & 8 have ADHD and my husband has ADHD. I am highly experienced in relationships involving ADHD and parenting ADHD children. I was a life coach prior to studying at ADDCA and learning more about ADHD. I keep up on research, treatments, and everything ADHD.
