As an attention deficit coach, I help individuals learn the skills to deal with the challenges of their ADD and their children's ADD. People with ADD struggle with organization, prioritizing, focusing, time management, follow through, goal setting, short attention span and many other issues that make life more difficult and frustrating. Coaching helps people develop the skills to cope with these issues or to help your child deal with them and to perform better in school and social situations. I will help you articulate your challenges, identify your learning styles, discover your natural talents and more. I will help you learn to advocate for yourself.

I have been coaching adults, teens, college students and parents of children with attention deficit for 3 years. I understand what a challenge ADD is because I have ADD and so does my adult son. I know what you are struggling with and I can help you learn to work with it instead of against it.
