Born and raised in Germany, Sky's background ranges from management in corporations, non-profits and restaurants to body and energy worker, movement teacher, intuitive consultant and life coach. Re-inventing herself to follow her path and going through many transitions she has founded dare2Byou, a conduit for change in others, awakening their true selves with their passion, vision and dream. She works with visionaries, leaders and healers, helping them create and live the life they are meant to live through connecting and integrating body, spirit, mind and emotions and supporting them in their journey as they remember where they are from and why they are here.
She is a certified co-active coach, reiki master, pilates instructor, Nia white belt, body and energy worker and board member of North Bay Coaches.
