Experience & Qualifications

As a Therapist at Kaiser Permanente I had the opportunity to counsel both individuals and couples on relationship development. This experience includes building self esteem through cognitive exercises, increasing self-confidence, and overall increasing personal health. I have enjoyed a successful, private coaching practice for over 3 years. Previously I worked as a Vice President in a public staffing firm managing a staff of 70 employees. I then became a consultant and eventually a business coach.
