Having a considerable experience in counselling and life, I hold I am quite competent to offer you an optimal solution to your problem or obstacle you may have encountered. Whatever the problem, we can work on it together and find the right answer through a dialogue and a fruitful manner of communication. My domains would be anything from personal coaching, stress management or addiction problems to relationship advice and anxiety/depression. Additionally, I do the teaching too, so I can help with the studying techniques. I help people to come to the point where they can confront their problem and personality and thus help themselves. This is a fine process that requires organization, discipline, awareness as well as the guidance and monitoring of an expert.
