Although I spent many years in the medical field and management the last ten years have been devoted to coaching clients one on one to a fulfilling balance of work, home life, and play. My strengths are in motivating clients to work within themselves for the peace and harmony they need to be happy and healthy even after their experience with me as their Life Coach.
