My studies have led me to focus on psychology of the mind, human sexuality, communication, and expression as well as hands-on healing to promote physical and emotional release.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been a life coach in the community for 8 years and mentoring for an additional 7 years. Experience includes dealing with obsessive-compulsive traits, over-eating problems, human sexuality, parent/child communication issues, stress management, episodes of anxiety, panic, and fear. Completed 790 hour training course in dealing with emotionally disturbed persons, critical incident stress management, time management, and cultural diversity in the work place.
