Having experienced my own relationship difficulties, I learned that the "right" things were wrong. It's easy to blame the other person. As a Life Coach, I learned the importance of knowing my values and beliefs and how they affect my life. I learned how little things become big things. I learned to view people for who they are and not for who I think they are or who they should be. I learned to stop making excuses for people and view them realistically. What you see, is what you get! I have experience with women in abusive relationships, persons living with a disability, caretakers, and low self-esteem.
