I am a Personal Counseling and Motivational Coach for those who are seeking guidance that will help you cope through challenging times and personal discovery in relationships, self-image and self-esteem issue's, to building confidence, and rekindling the dream.
My services are simple I am a source to finding the answers to get the emotions pulled together. I know, I know its hard when you love. I am going to help you recognize if you fallen victim to self-sabotage that's preventing you from moving forward or if this is something you realy want to work out and if it can be salvaged. I am confident that together my counsel and coaching you can take the baby steps to get past it. The power is within YOU. Experience & Qualifications

I am trained, licensed, and certified counselor and coach working in this field within Corporate Corporations. Also in ministry youth groups such as the St. Andrews Youth Ministry, Georgia State Juvenile Center to working with Adults helping in coping with life struggling situations in areas of Self-esteem, personal empowerment, to better communication in relationships. I have spent many years sharing in team building environments working in a variety of settings including, adolescents, and adults of various age groups; focusing on self-esteem, helping to recognize self sabotage that prevents people from moving forward no matter how hard they work at it. My experience over the years have been face to face and on the phone to email were I taught, inspired, and built self-esteem in people to the point of their growth and achievements have been profoundly pleasing and empowering. My joy is making a difference, offering options that are thought provoking that brings about resolution, and encouragement. I am an objective, trained, compassionate listener who believes that whatever matters to you is worth discussing understanding that it serves in assisting my clients to self-empowerment.
