Professionally, I assist people in a desire to become better at defining a dream and tackling it into action. I consult one on one, or in tele coaching. I assist people with authentic coaching methods that take a person from dreaming about doing to actually making that next step. I enjoy helping people change their lifestyle to one that resembles what they desired for themselves.

Experience & Qualifications

I received my degree over a year ago in Holistic Ministries and since then have been working with people locally and nationally via tele coaching. I can be seen presenting at the New England W omen's Expo. I conduct workshops on many interpersonal issues and lifestyle improvement at the Riverside Rhode Island Branch of the Public Library as a community service. Other workshops I have conducted both live and during webinars are: de-motivation, organic made affordable for a family and introduction to life coaching. I am proud of the positive impact that I have in another person's life.
