I am a Life Coach and Counselor specializing in life related issues: Growing your dream life, Relationships, Work, Codependency, Addictions, Anxiety, Panic,and Phobias. I have built my practice working in all these areas, working primarily with people in residential treatment (90 day program) in the public health arena over the last three years. The methods I use, I have been trained and practiced in: NLP Marin and Family Soul Constellation (Bert Hellinger method) Using the combined methods and strategies with compassion and empathy, I am confident you'll be living a more fulfilling life in no time.

2006-2009: NLP Marin, Master NLP (Neuro-Linguistics Programming) Practitioner Certification.
2000-2001: Bachelor of Arts Degree, Interdisciplinary Studies in Counseling Psychology, focusing on the Psychodynamic, Object Relations Theory; Interpersonal and Trans-Personal Psychology.
1995-1998: Associate of Science Degree, Pastoral/Spiritual Counseling Psychology and Comparative Religious Studies.
During periods of formal academic study, I practiced integrating skills through facilitating various support groups, study groups, one-on-one practicums at community and social organizations venues.
Over the last three years, while developing skills through NLP Marin training, I have been practicing integrating skills through regular practice groups, facilitated by supervising NLP training assistants as well as working in a non-profit, residential, substance abuse and mental health treatment facility; as a registered recovery worker I have been honing my skills working full time (40 hr weeks), eight hours a day facilitating recovery and mental health maintenance groups as well as one-on-one counseling. The facility serves ten clients over a ninety day period of treatment.
I work with a full range of co-occuring disorders such as PTSD, substance abuse and addictions of all kinds, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, Bipolar disorder, Codependancy, family life and relationships, career life and relationships, personal life issues and relationships, eating disorders, as well as performance and social anxieties; any kind of limitation or blocks toward regenerating energy flow and proactive movement toward experiencing ease and success in life.
