Life Coaching is not like consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. Life coaching is designed to address specific personal challenges, general conditions and transitions in the client's life, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
I don’t solve your problems, but help you to solve them yourself. My skills are about knowing the right questions to ask and having the right tools and techniques to empower you to find the answers within you.

I have my own life coaching practice where I specialize in personal growth which I find when you work on the core "you" all the other aspects of your life improve as well.
I have over 15 years experience in helping people solve their problems and issues.
I have lots of life experience which I think is invaluable to being a life coach. Nothing can replace real life experience.
I have taken countless courses and have attended seminars plus am always doing research to not only improve myself, but to help others improve as well.
