I teach my clients how to use the tools effectively so that they can have the lives they want and deserve.

I have 10 years experience as the leader of support groups for Recovery International which offers practice in Cognitive Behavior Modification. I train other group leaders, coordinate and oversee the groups and develop workshops to provide their ongoing training.
