Life and Career Coach Expert, I have worked as a Life and Career Coach for the past 15 years, supporting my clients in living the life they've dreamed of. Whether it is starting a new business, learning how to cope with fear, loss and low self-esteem, my expertise as your Coach will help you create a life that will bring you passion, fire and purpose in your daily life.
I work with my cleints as a Life Coach, in learning how to master their fears, while they also learn to empower themselves in every corner of their lives!
I have also worked with special needs students at Houston Community College, teaching my students how to own their own power and trust their amazing instincts and intuition.
My approach is holistic ~ meaning I work with mind, body and spirit, as all parts of us make the whole. I will guide you in learning how to own your own amazing power, speak your truth whatever that truth is ~ and I will also work with you regarding setting boundaries where needed.
When we learn how to take loving care of ourselves, we can then reach our highest potential and live the life our soul intended.
