As for my approach for individuals. after 20 years as a licensed professional I find myself unwilling to pigeonhole my clients into one particular approach. Instead, I want to learn what you need and then pick my interventions based on what will work best for you. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or stress I want to work along side of you to meet your needs your way. That said I also like to work quickly and produce rapid changes in people’s lives. Therefore the areas I have extensive training provide powerful tools for transforming peoples’ lives.

Experience & Qualifications

My marriage of almost 25 years has provided me the best qualifications for working with couples. The lessons learned from my two teenage sons has also given me a wealth of life experience.
I am a second generation of Marriage and Family Therapists, and have worked it the field my entire career.
Presently I train therapists in what is called Love-Based Solutions, and focus predominately on providing marriage education course to hundreds of couples. I have served on several boards for professional psychological organization, in multiple positions including President.
