I have been working as a professional Life Coach for two years within the medium of both one on one and tele coaching. I assist a person in understanding how to co exist with others and self with a better flow by learning and remembering the keys of mindfulness.Theory of how what interpersonal communication is, and how to leverage this skill into your everyday work life and social life. I am so happy that I have been able to help people in a positive manner with my three simple step list.

I received my degree over a year ago in Holistic Ministries and since then have been working with people locally and nationally via tele coaching. I can be seen presenting at the New England W omen's Expo. I conduct workshops on many interpersonal issues and lifestyle improvement at the Riverside Rhode Island Branch of the Public Library as a community service. Other workshops I have conducted both live and during webinars are: de-motivation, organic made affordable for a family and introduction to life coaching. I am proud of the positive impact that I have in another person's life.
