Interdisciplinary doctorate from The Union Institute (Cincinnatti, OH) with specialization in interpersonal communication skills development and cognitive dishabituation. Coaching courses included rigorous training and four years of mentored practice in client needs assessment, interpersonal communication theory, personalized coaching program development, and other relevant subjects. Accompanying studies included personal change management and conflict resolution skills development. Dissertation consisted of researching and writing a 300-page facilitator's manual. I also hold a Masters in Comparative Literature, and Bachelors in English, from Florida Atlantic University.

I understand the issues: I have been both a senior manager in an international Fortune 500 corporation and a consultant to executives and managers in many other well-known companies.
