As a coach, I model and facilitate constructive communication skills and methods which individuals and teams can utilize to enhance their communication effectiveness, generate new possibilities and take action toward stated goals. The approach used incorporates proactive ways of managing challenges and oppor-tunities, and constructive observation and feedback that elicit positive responses and a vision of success.
I have worked as a coach with women, entrepreneurs, non-profit executives and young people to help un-cover their true values, set motivating and compelling goals, and create success by building and nurturing long lasting relationships.
As a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, I facilitate and coach interpersonal communi-cation training that includes both verbal and non-verbal techniques for building positive relationships.
My vision is to facilitate skills and tools that will improve relationships through personal and interpersonal communications.
