As a personal coach I have worked with many to successfully move through transitions, to improve their personal relationships and personal/business communication.
I draw upon my experience in a Fortune 100 company to assist with issues many of us encounter in the work environment. As a coach and project manager in a corporate setting, I was sought out by managers and individuals for assistance in areas such as conflict resolution, time management and business relationships.
My personal experience and training provide the right balance of theoretical and practical experience to help you address communication, leadership, career, and relationship issues.
I provide business/life coaching and spiritual coaching in my coaching practice.
