Verbal and visual communication are important dynamics in successful interpersonal relationships. However they're only a small part of communication
The most important, and commonly overlooked is "where we are coming from" when we communicate and knowing where others "are coming from". Once we get an understanding of the affects of "where we are coming from", the rest is easy.
The opportunity is to be truthful to ourselves and come from a place of authenticity rather than a place of manipulation. The result is that we get what we want - often times when we didn't even know what we actually wanted. The long-term effects of being true to ourselves and to others are balance, personal fulfillment and satisfaction.
That said, the combination of verbal and visual expressions tell volumes on conscious and subconscious levels.
Know what you communicate to the world. Know what others are actually telling you, including their intentions and how they feel about themselves.
Be prepared and feel confident speaking with individuals and with groups.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been successfully coaching and consulting on the ontological distinctions of human being, including, psychological, metaphysical, and interpersonal dynamics since 1987.
I was inspired by advanced coursework and training, which included Landmark Education's Communications Course; Mastery of Empowerment; Presentation, Negotiation and Enrollment; and The Introduction to the Forum Leaders Course and other programs.
