Experience & Qualifications

I am a strengths-based, action-orientated counselor and life coach with experience at a community center that assists 6,000 visitors each week – recruited to coach and provide mental health therapy to groups and individuals, as well as help the center rewrite their life-coaching curriculum.
I was also afforded invaluable insight into corporate culture from my experience working as a marketing manager at one of the largest magazine publishing companies in the world for seven years.
