Our reality is just a reflection of the energy we hold in our aura. Often times unfortunately we're not even aware of the energy we're holding and so we create by default, recreating situations over and over again. When you connect with me, we develop an energetic connection that allows me to feel energy blockages and help you gain clarity about your situation. I will then share a tool/exercise that you can use to release the energy blockage and then activate a new energy frequency that is aligned with what you want. All the tools I teach are self-coaching exercises so that you can learn to shift through situations yourself and don't need to depend on me.
