I am a Licensed Pscyhologist in MN, a certified (life) coach through Coach Training Alliance (CTA), and consultant with over thriteen years of counseling and clinical experience. I've coached, consulted, and counseled individuals, couples,families, groups, and organizations/businesses on a myriad of issues, including: stress management, work-life balance, integrative health, organizational communiation/performance, loss and trauma, mental health issues, holistic living, spirituality, the creative process, and life transitions. I have experience in the performing arts and arts administration, corporate communications, and non-profit programming. I look forward to working with you in meeting your chosen goals.
