My Expert Service

I have a background in Hospitality and Military fields. I understand some of the stresses involved in these areas. I've always been interested in the esoteric and helping professions.
I completed courses in Team Leadership as part of the Air Force Quality Management Program and in Instructional Techniques, along with my trade qualifications.
Completed a Certificate in Foundations in Counselling through Human Development and Training Institute of New Zealand, gaining valuable all round knowledge in this field
Completed Stage One training with the Gestalt Institute of New Zealand 2002. During this process I developed an ability to sense the energy exchanges within groups.
In May 2002 I attended a training seminar in Sydney to become a Licensed HeartMath® Provider. This further deepened my understanding of what it is to be heartful in my relationships with others.
I went through the shamanic process of soul retrieval. Following this I committed to an introduction to Shamanism and then courses in Shamanic Healing and Death and Dying: a Shamanic perspective through the Academy of Shamanic Studies NZ.
I've furthered my education in a Diploma of Life Coaching through Life Coach Associates NZ and am working towards completing case study and practice hours for this.
My learning is now self directed towards what it means to be a soul on the physical plane with all its infinite variety.

Experience:
I have worked with psychotherapists, and educators taking them through HeartMath programs. I have been part of Industry events, promoting HeartMath ideas to the general public. I have watched clients through the process of holistic coaching gain motivation to make beneficial changes in their lives.
