I specialise in working with people with low self esteem and confidence. I can help discover the faulty programming that may be affecting your self esteem and self confidence. Once this is identified it can be replaced with positive programming to increase your self esteem and confidence. Things that you used to perceive as difficult will not phase you and instead you will find your goals are easily achievable.

About me…
Ever since I can remember I have been intrigued by how the human mind works and how we can use the true power of our minds to get what we want out of life. This led to my interest in Psychology and helping people to get more out of life.
In 1997 I graduated with a BSc (Hons) Psychology. Since then I have completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology, a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Diplomas in Performance/ Life Coaching.
I now have considerable experience of helping a wide range of clients develop personally and professionally.

Director, hypnotherapist & coach: Harmony4Life ~ February 2006 – present A challenging step requiring determination, results orientation, customer focus, organisational & interpersonal skills to set up, develop & market a new business, this includes: • Drawing up a business, marketing & sales plan & following related action plans • Developing the business concept & programmes based on a wide variety of customer needs • Tailoring coaching & hypnotherapy programmes to empower people to achieve results
Young People Recruitment & Development Advisor: Orange PCS ~ August 2001 – February 2006 Utilising strong interpersonal, organisational & analytical skills to recruit & develop high calibre Graduates & Modern Apprentices, this includes: • Conducting 1:1 coaching sessions, identifying development goals & actions to maximise potential & increase retention (saving over £7,000 in consultancy fees) • Minimising costs of a 360° questionnaire, by developing a competency framework for this, Project Managing the use of it with 150 respondents, coaching on 360° results & generating a Personal Development Plan for graduates to transfer the return of investment back to the business (saving over £3,000 in consultancy fees) • Utilising psychometric testing for selection & development of Graduate & Modern Apprentice recruits (saving £50,000 through administering over 1000 GMA tests & 250 16PF questionnaires with feedback) • Designing & delivering interview skills workshops & 1:1 interview support sessions for internal promotions • Evaluating & improving development & mentoring programmes (saving approximately £10k)
