Coaching is not a psychotherapy concept but more so an action oriented concept. I will hold you accountable for your goals and help you see them through. You will work at striving to achieve that which you want. This is not to change you but to enhance you.

Experience & Qualifications

I have worked in the business industry, have helped individuals with disabilities as a Respite Counselor, am an Empath, and have been coaching clients in areas from self-empowerment, transitional, relationship, career, motivation, and health related issues. I work using spirituality, affirmations, role plays, and visual guided modalities. I am a member of the International Coach Federation Global and NYC Chapters respectively.
