As your coach it will be a combination of both a business coach and a life coach. In the area of business coaching we focus on your success by resolving conflict at work, allowing you to ask for what you want, increasing revenue, increasing your communication skills, and developing your ability to reach your goals in the workplace.
As a Life Coach, we work on increasing your leadership ability, creating clarity in your goals and attaining those that are most important to you. We partner to decrease your stess, while allowing you to develop tools to enhance your success.
In addition, we discuss your health and personal relationships. Recognizing the parts of you that create the whole package such as taking care of yourself, consuming healthy nutrients, understanding what stress feels like in your body. Focusing on your biology, psychology, and social aspects of your life allows you to become a better you!

I have enjoyed a successful, private coaching practice for over 3 years. Previously I worked as a Vice President in a public staffing firm managing a staff of 70 employees. I then became a consultant and eventually a business coach. I have successful lead my clients to triumph over their own difficulties and improve their daily lives. We work together and become a team focused on their success at home and work. With the motto of 'Win at Work. Win at Life."
I pursued my Masters in Counseling Psychology because I believed it would allow me to consider the whole person in developing their success plan.
