Experience & Qualifications

9 years I spent with Preferred Designs Inc. as a Sidekick, or what you might call a Professional Motivator. My main duty were: Motivating, providing feedback and supporting the C.E.O. of the company. For the first year or so, I didn't realize what it was that I was actually doing; it turns out I was being a professional motivator. 9 years of motivating the same person day after day was a tough task, I had to come up with new and inventive things. Sometimes, certain things didn't work and I was able to come up with something new. The best part of coaching someone for 9 years is that when you find something that works, you can go back to it time and time again.
Unfortunately, during the 9th year, Preferred Designs went out of business. For me, that was devastating. I had put everything into being the best Sidekick possible and now it was all gone. Because of my time I have spent being a motivator for one person, for all of his professional and personal decisions for 9 years, I am able to motivate and help guide anyone with any situation. My experience as a Motivator is what most coaches wish they had. Together we can build a coaching relationship to help you achieve the stability and success you should have in your life.
