Through, a co-designed process, Richard will work with you to achieve your goals. Coaching is done through email through a three stage process. The client will receive an intake questionnaire which must be completed and returned. This document is worked on with the client clarifying issues until both decide it is time to move onto Stage 2
Stage 2 looks at goal setting and focusing on a particular goal and working through it to ensure it is in fact the correct goal
Stage 3 looks at action plans and timelines.
Clients can exchange up to 10 emails at each stage.
Richard is very supportive and skilled in the art of bringing out the best in each client
