My coaching work helps clients master personal skills and navigate health and career choices to develop a blueprint for their lives. I am an insightful, high-spirited and compassionate coach with 25 years of helping real people deal with life’s real everyday challenges.
At times people feel “something’s wrong” in their life or career and instinctively know it’s critical to make a change. Sometimes there are health, personal or financial issues at stake which make decisions more difficult at times when they are most necessary.
I help guide individuals to determine where they are stuck and get them to a detailed plan of action, with plenty of laughs and discoveries (and perhaps a few tears) along the way.
I provide proven, usable, real solutions and support for your dreams with gentle accountability. Together we will clarify your priorities and develop a real-time strategy that will set your life on track!

I am a Certified Life Purpose & Career Coach with 25 years of experience helping people personally and professionally. My background as a career counselor, life coach, corporate recruiter and staffing director makes me a powerful ally when facing career changes or leadership challenges. And as a single mother of two children (and someone who has battled through health and healing hurdles), I bring deep compassion and a listener’s ear to my time with clients. I have especially deep empathy for those who juggle — trying to be everything for everybody — while leaving little for themselves.
Throughout my life, I have felt drawn to helping others determine what’s not working and what would be “the right fit.” I thrive on quickly helping people find clarity and put everything together — complete with a plan of action — to move forward with momentum and confidence.
I believe deeply that people deserve the support, resources and guidance of coaching, but often those wanting help don’t know who to reach out to. Unlike many “coaches” with unrelated professional backgrounds, I leverage my wealth of experience in career-building, counseling and organizational change in my work. I have coached managers and executives at all levels, conducted outplacement services and have spent years recruiting for many organizations.
Clients rave about my ability to assert “gentle accountability” and the use of fun exercises and humor balance out the intensity of sessions. I'm considered to be an “intuitive taskmaster” who connects the dots between passion and path and a master motivator you can rely on during both rough spots and joyful breakthroughs.
