I have worked as a life coach for about 8 years. I basically teach my clients new skills to deal with everyday issues in life. Mostly, my clients come up with issues regarding self-esteem, relationship, motivation, stress, time management etc.
My style of working with the clients is completely goal-oriented : I am ready to listen and offer quick help.
I help them develop various options to choose one from. During the coaching process, I DO NOT impose my views on them and do not tell them WHAT to do. I rather help them in finding out the answers themselves with my absolute guidance. My clients find me friendly, warm and non-judgmental. I hope I will be able to create a difference in your lives too!
