Experience & Qualifications

I'm an experienced consultant in the field of organizational development and change management. My 15 years of experience spans both large-scale, multi-million dollar projects to small, independent one-on-one consulting relationships. I built foundation skills and methodologies while working at Accenture for five years in the Change Management Practice where I was a Manager. I then continued to expand those competencies through developing a start-up financial services internet company, collaborating with a niche change management consulting company, and, finally, consulting independently. I have worked with a diverse set of clients from Fortune 500 to startup companies. I am also currently working with the Executive MBA and MBA candidates at Columbia University as a Leadership Coach.
