Get Results Now! The support and assistance of a coach may be all YOU need to get the desired results you are after. As a Personal Development Coach, I work with you to clearly identify what you want, what’s stopping you from creating it, and what actions you need to take to attain it. Before beginning the first coaching session, I have you complete and return a Client Profile form that provides me with background data, details and valuable insights. Clients often report to me in their first session that just filling out the Profile was a great catalyst for change. During a coaching session, you and I collaborate to begin identifying what is working. Next, we get friendly with all the obstacles, attitudes, beliefs, and “stuff” that get in the way. As you begin developing new awareness, you start removing or adjusting anything that seems out of alignment. The process of change can be very spontaneous and natural at times, while at other times you may find a more deliberate approach to be useful. We discover your strengths and resources. We look for your personal gifts, values, passions and skills that are pertinent to the desired goal. Once we establish these, I then suggest additional resources such as assessments, recommended reading, belief shifting, awareness training, and outside counsel to assist you further. While in session, you might have an immediate “Ah Ha” moment, and begin moving forward. As you get closer to your goal, I assist you in maintaining a sense of balance and flexibility.

As you coach, I am a powerful ally, helping you to create the life you dream of. My skills come from a unique combination of business experience, expressive and creative arts education, life enhancement training, teaching, directing, and care of my own soul and spirit. I was educated at the world-renowned training program at Coach U. Currently, I am gathering the rigorous 3000 hours requirement to obtain my California Marriage and Family Therapist license. Prior to coaching, I was a professional ballroom dancer and instructor with a career spanning more than 15 years. I trained and instructed at The Metronome Ballroom, Arthur Murray, and Fred Astaire Dance Studios. Alongside my instruction, I became the first Associate Director of the Metronome Ballroom and co-directed its 2003 Holiday Showcase, All That Glitters. In 2002, I competed in the International Gay Games amongst the top 12 couples. On the lighter side, I acted in a hilarious swing dance sequence directed by the TV show Candid Camera.
