Welcome! I have been working with youth, adults and families for many years, using my experience in the Neuro Linguistic Programming field. One of the unique aspects of my way of working is to give each person I work with individually designed therapeutic tasks to do at home between sessions. These are provided free of charge and are an enjoyable, thought provoking way of compounding the work done in the actual sessions. I am a resource and a real support for people working with daily difficulties, but also for those who want to manage stress, trauma, violence, depression, phobias, pain relief,panic attacks and other inner states. Nine years ago I have been a Soft Skills Trainer for a company. My career has led me to be the main trainer for the company I was working for. Gradually, I have become trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Leadership, and a therapist and counselor on matters like self-esteem, relationships, effective communication, non-violent communication, family issues and many others. I have designed and delivered personal development training courses for corporate and public sector organizations. People from different settings trust me and I love to share with them my unique approach to their matters.
