As your Coach I will focuses on the present and on what you need to do in order to create the future you want. This involves clarifying your values, your goals, your mission in life and your gifts. I will facilitate this process by asking provocative questions, offering honest feedback and inspiring you with new ideas, concepts, strategies and frameworks that help reorient you around success, as you define it. Throughout the process, I will offer a supportive environment by championing you when things are moving forward and respecting you when progress gets stalled.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been a coach since the 1980 and received my certification as a Professional Life Coach in October 2006. I received my certification as a Get Hired Now! coach in 2009. I have assisted clients through motivation freeze. Sometimes it just seems too difficult to get started. I understand this. Procrastination takes over and things just don't move. I can help you work with your inner voices and get you going on the path you are most desiring to be on. I have also coached clients with marriage issues, crisis issues, and health related issues including life long illness. As a person with a life-long illness, I understand the changes that they are going through, and can assist them in living a life of value. I also do EFT, NLP and Reiki as necessary.
