I have worked in the business industry, have helped individuals with disabilities as a Respite Counselor, and have been coaching clients in areas from self-empowerment, transitional, relationship, career, and health related issues. I use various modalities from spirituality, affirmations, role plays, and visual guided work. I am a member of the International Coach Federation Global and NYC Chapters respectively.
