Call handling responsibilities include skill focus, soft skills, active listening, effective communication, logical and effective troubleshooting, judgment and problem resolution. Technical responsibility require finding and setting up master internet and sub accounts with CRM customer management software application. Hardware installation which includes modem equipment set up includes modems with filter/cables.
Software installation such as includes customized downloads with diagnostic and security installation with the license agreements. Configure wireless and network settings, check TCP/IP settings check DNS settings Release & renew IP addresses. Microsoft third party email configuration, Verify & authenticate customer id and password accounts. Provide email settings, and password resetting assisting in using web based configurations screens. Standard connectivity profile troubleshooting. Provide additional services such as questions on technician dispatch, line maintenance/repair and equipment replacement issues.
