Dan was more than Outstanding. He gets 10 Stars **********. He helped me with an issue that I have spent hours and days on and with which my company tech support could not help me. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue, and it is fixed now. Please call Dan before you waste time with another. I had contacted another who was online, but he ignored me upon several repeated attempts..(and I had emailed my question prior to dialing him up...so...tells me he may not have known how to help). Dan has my utmost recommendation, and I will not need to contact anyone else in the future... (TYVM!!!!)
