I have 9 years of experience in the technical field. I worked for University of Phoenix for 4 years. Providing technical support for students was my primary responsibility.
Qualifications:
I have worked with all Microsoft operating systems (Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP & Vista)
Spyware and Virus removal.
Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera browser issues.
Installing video games on PCs.
Software installations. Examples: Adobe Reader, Java, Macromedia flash player.
I can assist you with using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
I know how to build and upgrade computer systems.
