- System integration and hardware maintenance of various computer systems with different configurations and operating systems in single as well as network environment
- Customer support and servicing
- Maintenance of server / client PC's on annual maintenance contract
- Responsible for maintaining standard procedures as regards to data recovery, maintenance, data integrity
- Setting up and monitoring all required connections to the database and tuning of database performance
